Confirm your booking with a 50% deposit within 7 days of receiving invoice

Payment must be completed 7 days prior to event for logistics purposes and to lock in the event.

An extra fee exists for distances over 25km to cover travel expenses. You will be advised prior to booking of the fee

If you wish your event to go longer than originally booked, this can be accommodated, but will incur an extra fee that must be paid when the extra time is requested.

50% of the deposit refundable if the event is cancelled within 7days. If the event is cancelled 8 days and over 100% refund of Deposit
